Please read this agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the noah4d platform. By accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use noah4d services.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via verified local bank accounts and e-wallets registered in your name.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Full terms are disclosed at the point of offer. Abuse of promotions may result in account suspension.
All games are subject to independent RNG auditing. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities or engage in collusion will result in immediate account termination.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 To register and use the noah4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:
2.2 noah4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent suspension of Account access and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (KTP), a valid and active email address, a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia, and your date of birth.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify noah4d immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 noah4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that such loss did not result from the Company's own negligence.
4.1 noah4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering compliance. All Users must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. noah4d may also require re-verification at any time, including upon changes to account details or unusual account activity.
4.2 Standard KYC documentation requirements include:
4.3 Verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours of document submission. During periods of high volume — such as around Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — processing times may extend to 48 hours. You will be notified by email upon completion.
4.4 Where there is any inconsistency between the information provided at registration and the documentation submitted during KYC, noah4d reserves the right to freeze the Account pending investigation and to void any wagers placed during the period of inconsistency.
5.1 All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the User's own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Deposit limits may be adjusted by noah4d from time to time without prior notice. VIP tier members (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) enjoy higher deposit limits as specified in their personalised tier benefits.
5.4 All deposit transactions are final. Funds credited to your Account Balance cannot be reversed or refunded to the originating payment method unless required by law or authorised by noah4d for exceptional cause (e.g., erroneous double-charging).
6.1 You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds.
6.2 Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:
6.3 Minimum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 for standard tier members and Rp 150.000.000 for Diamond and Black Diamond tier members.
6.4 Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, unless an alternative method has been approved in writing by noah4d for reasons of operational necessity or legal compliance. Where this is not technically feasible, noah4d will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative withdrawal method registered in your legal name.
6.5 noah4d reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence before approving any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds Rp 25.000.000 or where account activity exhibits unusual patterns.
7.1 noah4d may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, cashback, free spins, or other incentives ("Bonuses") to Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer, which may include wagering requirements, eligible game categories, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.
7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough") that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds can be converted to real-money withdrawable Balance. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
7.3 Each User may claim any given promotional offer only once unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims. Use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonuses and associated winnings, as well as potential Account termination.
7.4 noah4d reserves the right to void any Bonus, including associated winnings, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that a User has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to:
7.5 Bonuses may not be withdrawn. Only winnings derived from wagering Bonus Funds, after satisfaction of all wagering requirements, may be withdrawn.
8.1 All wagers placed on the noah4d Platform are binding and irrevocable once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring that all wager details (event, market, stake, odds) are correct before submitting the bet. noah4d will not cancel or amend wagers after confirmation except in cases of obvious system error or palpable odds mispricing.
8.2 Wagers are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event, togel draw, casino game outcome, or other game of chance. In the case of sporting events, the result recognized by the governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football, BWF for badminton) shall be deemed the official result for settlement purposes.
8.3 Where an event is postponed or rescheduled to a date more than 48 hours after the originally scheduled start time, all wagers on that event will be void and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules published on the Platform.
8.4 For togel markets, results are determined by the official draw published by the licensed operator in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., Singapore Pools for Singapore 4D, Magnum for Malaysia 4D). Any discrepancy between the result displayed on noah4d and the official result will be resolved in favour of the official result, and affected wagers will be re-settled accordingly.
8.5 Maximum payout per single wager is capped at Rp 500.000.000 unless a higher limit has been expressly agreed in writing for Black Diamond tier members. Maximum payout per User per calendar day across all wagers is Rp 1.000.000.000.
9.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the noah4d Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action:
10.1 The noah4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous and error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.
10.2 noah4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
10.3 In no event shall noah4d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account over the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 noah4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.1 All content on the noah4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of noah4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents, any derivative use of the Platform or its contents, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
11.3 The "noah4d" name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of the Company. You may not use such marks without the prior written consent of noah4d.
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining Balance. Any Balance remaining in a closed Account after thirty (30) days will be deemed abandoned and may be forfeited.
12.2 noah4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.
12.3 Upon termination for breach, all Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to noah4d, provided you have completed KYC verification.
12.4 Clauses of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution) shall continue in full force and effect after termination.
13.1 This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the noah4d Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which noah4d is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.
13.3 By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against noah4d.
14.1 noah4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
14.3 Material changes (e.g., changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, or fee structures) will be notified to all active Users via email to the registered email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, where operationally feasible.
